We are excited to welcome Tyneeta Canonge, an equity leadership consultant, nationally recognized facilitator, and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator. Through her firm, We Consulting, Tyneeta partners with organizations to strengthen inclusive leadership, build intercultural competency, and develop strategies that foster more equitable and welcoming workplaces and communities.

 

Tyneeta also coaches leaders who are navigating systems not originally built with them in mind, helping them lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose. During our session, she will share practical strategies and thought-provoking insights drawn from her work with organizations across the country.
