Join us for our October TCDEIR Member Meeting as we gather at Sunrise Banks for a morning of reflection, learning, conversation, and connection.

​

We know many people in our DEI practitioner community have been impacted by changes in titles and responsibilities, position eliminations, and other organizational shifts. Whether or not you have personally experienced these changes, we hope you will join us for an opportunity to connect with others, share what you are learning, and explore what comes next.

We’ll begin with a welcome from Kathleen Brenk, Chief People Officer at Sunrise Banks, followed by Jean Chalifoux Kiely, who will share insights on purpose-driven leadership, community impact, and creating meaningful opportunities for all.

We’ll then take a moment to look back as Philomena Morrissey Satre reflects on lessons learned through her journey as a DEI practitioner and through leading TCDEIR—what we’ve learned, what has made a difference, and what we can carry forward.

Looking Ahead

And then, we’ll look ahead.

Kevin Lindsey, Kelly C. Weiley, and Drinal Foster will share their vision for the next chapter of TCDEIR, followed by interactive tabletop conversations where your voice and experience matter.

What challenges are organizations navigating?

What are we learning from our experiences?

What opportunities do we see for TCDEIR and our collective work going forward?

We’ll bring the conversation back together to hear common themes, ideas, and possibilities for the future.
